Every DRAVYN order is custom-made for you. Below you will find all information about delivery times, shipping costs, and our return policy.
Production & Shipping
All DRAVYN products are made on-demand through our production partner Printful. This means that each item is specially produced for you after your order.
- Production time: 2–7 business days after your order
- Shipping time Netherlands & Belgium: 3–5 business days
- Shipping time Europe: 5–10 business days
- Total delivery time: on average 5–14 business days
- After shipping, you will receive a tracking link via email
Returns
Not satisfied? We'll fix it. You have 30 days after receipt to register your return.
- Send an email to info@dravyn.nl with your order number and reason
- Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return costs are at the customer's expense
- Refund within 5–10 business days after receipt of return
Please note: because our products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges on size. Always consult our size chart for the correct choice.
